We use so-called cookies to facilitate the use of our website. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that are temporarily stored by your browser on your computer’s hard disk and are necessary for the use of our website. The information contained in the cookies is used for session control, in particular to improve navigation and enable a high degree of user-friendliness of a website. The cookies we use do not store any personal information. Cookies are automatically accepted by most web browsers. You can prevent this by changing your browser settings. You can remove cookies stored on your PC at any time by deleting the temporary internet files (browser bar “Extras-Internet options”). Deactivating cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our portal.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your data will be transferred to our partners (third parties) if necessary for order processing. If we transfer data to external service providers, technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure that the transfer is in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations. If you provide us with personal data voluntarily, we will not use, process, or disclose this data beyond the scope permitted by law or specified by you in a declaration of consent. We will also transfer your data to external service providers if we offer competitions together with these service providers. Finally, we will only transfer your data if we are legally obliged to do so, by official or court orders.
If our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the EU, we will inform you of the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.
5. Newsletter
With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we will inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are listed in the consent form.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after you register, we will send you an email to the email address you provided, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP addresses and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to verify your registration and, if necessary, to investigate any possible misuse of your personal data.
The only mandatory information required to receive the newsletter is your email address. Providing additional, separately marked information is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can revoke your consent by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter email, via this form on the website, by email to kundenerfolg@an-digital.ch, or by sending a message to the contact details provided in the imprint.
We use the newsletter service “MailChimp” provided by Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308 (“MailChimp”) for our newsletter.
If you subscribe to our newsletter via double opt-in, we will add your email address to a MailChimp list. This email address will be stored by MailChimp for the purpose of sending our newsletter. The email address will be stored permanently by MailChimp until we delete it, or you request us to do so, or you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
We would like to point out that the data collected and used via MailChimp is stored and processed on computers in the USA. We have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp based on the so-called EU standard contractual clauses. We can request the deletion of your data from this list at any time without any formalities via email.
We would also like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the emails sent contain so-called tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. The data is collected exclusively anonymously; the IDs are not linked to your other personal data, and direct personal reference is excluded.
Your email address will not be passed on to third parties. MailChimp’s privacy policy can be viewed here:

6. Use of Social Media Plug-Ins
6.1 General
We use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Google+, Xing, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the plug-in providers. You can identify the plug-in provider by the marking on the box above its initial letter or logo. We offer you the opportunity to communicate directly with the plug-in provider via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offering. In the case of Facebook and Xing, according to the respective providers in Germany, the IP address is anonymized immediately after collection. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the USA for US providers). Since the plug-in provider collects data primarily via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser’s security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.
We have no influence on the data collected and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes of processing, or the retention periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research, and/or tailoring its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out, in particular, to display tailored advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. Through the plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.
The data is transferred regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in to the plug-in provider, the data we collect will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link to the page, the plug-in provider will also save this information in your user account and share it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you regularly log out after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this will prevent your data from being assigned to your profile by the plug-in provider.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the privacy policies on the respective websites of these providers. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy.
6.2 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie (browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, previously visited website, IP address, time of server request) about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on our website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the data on Google’s behalf. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that if you do this, you may not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above. Further information about the web analysis service used can be found on the Google Analytics website. Instructions on how to prevent the processing of your data by the web analysis service can be found at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
7. Integration of Google Maps
We use Google Maps on this website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.
When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research, and/or tailoring its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide tailored advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; you must contact Google to exercise this right.
8. Data Security
We will store your data securely and therefore take all reasonable measures to protect it from loss, access, misuse, or alteration. Our employees and contractual partners who have access to your data are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
9. Information, Deletion, and Correction
You can request information about the data we have stored about you at any time. Please send a request for information by email to the address below. You must also send proof of identity to the same address along with your request.
You also have the option of correcting inaccurate data or having your data deleted entirely at any time. You are, of course, also entitled to revoke your consent to the use or processing of personal data at any time, with future effect.
Stored data will be deleted by us when it is no longer required for the stated purpose.
Regarding the deletion of data, please note that we are subject to certain legal obligations that stipulate a retention period for certain data. We are obliged to comply with this obligation. If you request the deletion of data subject to statutory retention periods, the data will be blocked in our system and used solely to fulfill the statutory retention periods. After the retention period has expired, your deletion request will be complied with.
